[EN] Clinical case. A patient diagnosed of hereditary hemorragic telangiectasia(HHT) who presented recurrents gastrointestinal bleeding and a multiple myeloma was treated with thalidomide. After two months of therapy the episodies of bleeding stopped. This case suggest that thalidomide is effective for the management of HHT patients.
