SCAMPER. Creatividad en cuidados de Salud

Abstract

[ES] Introducción: El método SCAMPER es considerado como fácil y directo en el estímulo del pensamiento creativo y resolución de dificultades, pudiendo ser útil su aplicación en Cuidados de Salud y Prácticas Basadas en Evidencia. Desarrollo: SCAMPER engloba siete técnicas, (S) sustituir, (C) combinar, (A) adaptar, (M) modificar, (P) poner en otro uso, (E) eliminar y (R) reorganizar o revertir, que representan a preguntas que accionarán el ingenio para mejorar algo que ya existe, resolver un problema o encontrar una oportunidad. Ha sido un método muy popular en la gestión de empresas y en educación. Son escasos los ejemplos en el ámbito de cuidados de salud. Conclusión: El campo de aplicación de SCAMPER se intuye ilimitado, haciéndolo universal. Demuestra ser efectivo debido a su practicidad, sencillez y flexibilidad. Con respecto a los Cuidados de Salud se ve necesario objetivar su posible utilidad, así como su aplicabilidad en todas las dimensiones de la Enfermería

[EN] Introduction: The SCAMPER method is considered as an easy and direct method in the stimulation of creative thinking and resolution of difficulties, and its application in Health Care and Evidence-Based Practices may be useful. Development: SCAMPER encompasses seven techniques, (S) substitute, (C) combine, (A) adapt, (M) modify, (P) put into another use, (E) eliminate and (R) reorganize or reverse, that represent questions that will trigger ingenuity to improve something that already exists, solve a problem or find an opportunity. It has been a very popular method in business management and education. There are few examples in the field of health care. Conclusion: The field of application of SCAMPER is intuited unlimited, making it universal. It proves to be effective due to its practicality, simplicity and flexibility. With regard to Health Care, it is necessary to objectify its possible usefulness as well as its applicability in all dimensions of Nursing.
