Abstract
Central nervous system tumors are a rare cause of neurologic deficit in atrial fibrillation patients compared to the emboligenic origin. In this article we report the case of an atrial fibrillation 79-year-old patient presenting with de novo neurologic deficit due to an intramedullary spinal ependymoma.
