Resumo
A patient with chronic ischemic arterial disease was admitted to a hospital with anuria. Aortoiliac occlusion below AMS output affecting both renal arteries was diagnosed. Percutaneous angioplasty and right renal artery stenting were performed, achieving gradual recovery of renal function.
