dc.description.abstractEndobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) is a safe and effective technique for the sampling of mediastinal and hilar adenopathies. We describe the first reported case of pulmonary artery intramural hematoma after EBUS-TBNA puncture of this artery. The complication was visualized by ultrasound and resolved spontaneously.
